VENDOR REGISTRATION

The 2026 Turlock Swap Meet was another successful, sold-out event for our vendors. The 2027 vendor schedule has just been released — please see below for the updated dates. The vendor portal is open for you to review and/or update your profile, as well as view the spaces you purchased in 2026.

VENDOR SCHEDULE

September 16th at 12 Noon – 2027 registration opens for all vendors who purchased spaces in 2026 – an email notification with registration and space purchasing instructions will be sent to all 2026 vendors
November 13th at 5:00pm – Vendor portal closes for system updates, and all non-purchased spaces will be released
November 16th at Noon – Vendor portal reopens. All registered vendors will have the opportunity to swap or purchase any available spaces
November 20th at 5:00pm – Swap functionality will be turned off
November 23rd at 12 Noon – New vendor registration is open to the public
December 18th at 5:00pm – Vendor registration closes
January 8th – Vendor packets are mailed
January 29th – Vendor load-in begins
January 30th - 31st – 60th Annual Turlock Swap Meet

January 31st – 7:00am – 3:00pm

VENDOR CHECK-IN PROCESS

Vendor packets will be mailed the week of January 8, 2027. It will include Swap Meet information, wristbands and vendor space ID placards. The vendor who purchased the space(s) within their vendor account will receive the vendor packet. If needed, please distribute the placards and wristbands before entering the fairgrounds.

When you arrive at your designated entrance gate, please position your placard in the lower left corner of your windshield and put on your wristbands. Please move into the staging area where you will be directed to your space location. Additional wristbands can be bought within the vendor portal or on-site.

FRIDAY 9:00am (Staging Starts) - 4:30pm: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
ENTER AT POLO FIELD GATE (MAP - GREEN DOT): To enter Polo Field Gate turn onto Soderquist Rd. from Canal Dr. Do not turn onto Soderquist Road from Fulkerth Rd. as the intersection at Soderquist Rd. and Fulkerth Road will be CLOSED.

FRIDAY 5:00pm - 8:00pm: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
ENTER AT NORTH GATE (MAP - YELLOW DOT): Fulkerth Rd. and Hawkeye before railroad tracks. Soderquist Rd. CLOSED

FRIDAY 9:00am - 5:00pm: VENDORS IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3 ONLY
ENTER AT CANAL GATE (MAP - RED DOT): Corner of Canal Dr. and N. Broadway.

SATURDAY 5:30am - 9:00am: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
ENTER AT NORTH GATE (MAP - YELLOW DOT): Fulkerth Rd. and Hawkeye before railroad tracks. Soderquist Rd. CLOSED

SATURDAY 6:00am -8:00am: VENDORS IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3 ONLY
ENTER AT CANAL GATE (MAP - RED DOT): Corner of Canal Dr. and N. Broadway
