VENDOR REGISTRATION
Vendor registration is now open for vendors that participated in the 2023 Swap Meet. Please click the VENDOR LOGIN button to login and purchase your spaces. If you do not remember your password, click Forgotten Password on the login page to reset your password.
If you were not a registered vendor for the 2023 Swap Meet you will have an opportunity to create an account and register space(s) on November 27, 2023 at noon.

VENDOR SCHEDULE
September 25 – Email notification sent to all registered 2023 vendors for 2024 registration and space purchases
November 20 at Noon – November 24 at Midnight – 2024 registered vendors may purchase additional spaces or swap for any available spaces
November 27 at 12 Noon – Vendor registration is open to the public
December 19 – Vendor registration closes
January 3-5 – Vendor packets are mailed
January 26 – Vendor load-in begins
January 27-28 – 57th Turlock Swap Meet
VENDOR CHECK-IN PROCESS
This year we will be mailing vendor packets with the wristbands and vendor space ID placards. The vendor that purchased the space(s) within their vendor account will receive the vendor packet. If needed, please distribute the placards and wristbands before entering the fairgrounds.
When you arrive at your designated entrance gate, please position your placard in the lower left corner of your windshield and put on your wristbands. Please move into the staging area where you will be directed to your space location. Additional wristbands can be bought on-site.

FRIDAY 9:00am – 4:30pm: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
ENTER AT POLO FIELD GATE (MAP – GREEN DOT): To enter Polo Filed Gate turn onto Soderquist Rd. from Canal Dr. Do not turn onto Soderquist Road from Fulkerth Rd. as the intersection at Soderquist Rd. and Fulkerth Road will be CLOSED.
FRIDAY 5:00pm – 8:00pm: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
North Gate (MAP – YELLOW DOT): Fulkerth Rd. and Hawkeye before railroad tracks. Soderquist Rd. CLOSED
FRIDAY 9:00am – 5:00pm: VENDORS IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
Enter at Canal Gate (MAP – RED DOT): Corner of Canal Dr. and N. Broadway.
SATURDAY 5:30am – 9:00am: ALL VENDORS EXCEPT THOSE IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3

SATURDAY 6:00am -8:00am: VENDORS IN BUILDINGS 1, 2 and 3
