Vendor Spaces and Registration

Vendor spaces are sometimes difficult to come by. Once a person becomes a registered vendor with space(s), they have the right to these spaces indefinitely as long as they abide by the rules and regulations and they register and pay the fees annually. The only spaces that become available are those that are vacated by an existing vendor, or if the Club is able to create new spaces.

New vendor registration for  THE 2023 SWAP MEET will be open November 24, 2022 on this site.  ..

Available spaces are assigned on a first come, first served basis. 

SPACE SIZE AND PRICE

All 12'X20' outside spaces are $70.00

All 12'X40' outside spaces are $100.00

Closed building spaces are $85.00

Spaces in Zone One are generally 12’ X 20’, and most of Zone Two are approximately 12’ X 40’

FRIDAY STAGING

Beginning Friday, the day before the Swap Meet, Vendors arriving early must proceed to the staging area located in the Polo Field off Soderquist Ave. (opposite the fairgrounds). There you will be segregated according to your space area, and lined up on a first come, first served basis. Your registration packet will be given to you when you arrive.  Be sure to affix your registration card in the lower left hand corner of the windshield. Approximately 1 PM, Vendors occupying buildings will be allowed to enter at 1pm at the Canal Street Gate.  . Buildings will close at 6 PM.

DO NOT PARK ON FULKERTH OR NEAR ANY GATE TO WAIT FOR THE GATES TO OPEN. POLICE WILL TICKET ANYONE DOING SO. YOU MUST GO TO THE STAGING AREA

SECURITY is provided beginning Friday 3 PM through Sunday 3 PM. However, the area is extremely large and we can assume no liability for your property. We suggest you secure it when you leave your area. It is your responsibility to protect and/or insure your property. Swap Meet organizers will not be held responsible. Please read and sign release on application.

Vendors will be given wristbands that will allow you to leave the grounds and re-enter during hours of operation. These wristbands are of a plastic material and must be fastened around your wrist. They are waterproof and must be worn at all times during the weekend.  Hand carried or damaged bands will not be honored.

Friday Arrival Entrance Requirements

Swappers arriving on Friday must first check in at Staging Area

on Soderquist Road before entering fairgrounds. 

Any swapper not entering through staging area will not be admitted.
